Cannot access a web page, Access Denied using LabVIEW and NI Web Service

I'm trying to use NI web service to publish a web page (internal server with no internet).

But after compiling a VI to EXE include NI web service and run on a server.

I cannot connect the web from the client web browser. The web browser show access denied as shown in the picture below.

How could I fix that?

Does this work on its own, before running the exe? It would be easier to debug this in a development setting.
