Cannot access shipping example...

Hello! I'm trying to view some shipping examples but I'm getting this error... I've re-installed the drivers but no luck at all..

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Try going to add remove programs and repair LabVIEW. I have fixed problems like this in the past.
