Cannot configure clock or loop period on timed loops for RT cRIO

I am using a cRIO 9022 with a 9114 chassis. This incredibly frustrating thing is happening where I cannot configure my timed loops in any VI on the real-time target. I cannot configure a timed loop in any VI. 

When I create a timed loop, the default timing settings are as shown below:

When I attempt to select which clock or change the loop speed from the default options and hit 'okay', the loop settings immediately go to 0, and when I try to configure again, the settings are all set to 0.

Am I missing a setting somewhere? If I need to provide more information on the setup, please let me know. Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction!
