Cannot image roboRIO 2.0

I was trying to image our teams roboRIO when it came up with an error saying the firmware was corrupted. I am not sure what happened as we did not turn our bot off while imaging. I tried all the steps recommended in the error message. This includes imaging it in safe mode, I was able to get it into safe mode however it did not change the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For roboRIO 2.0, Try SD card imaging with "balenaEtcher" software. Please follow the instruction from the attached document.
