I have an application that I has been working well on my laptop and desktop (windows 10). I have loaded this onto a new laptop (windows 10) and I'm getting a strange issue. Initially it opens up smaller than expected (I set to the same dimensions as the new laptop screen (1366, 768)), it opens approximately 3/4 of expected size. It also does not allow me to move it using the title bar (I have disabled allowing resizing of window). If I go into the laptops "Display Settings" and change to a different resolution and then back again (to the recommended) the window fixes itself, it is now as it should be. It is the full size of the screen and I can move it using the title bar.
Has anyone else experienced this?

More Info:
If I allow "Resize window" option then the window opens at the correct size and I can move using the title bar. Ideally I do not want this option but this is the only way I can currently get it to open correctly.

You've developed an app on a higher pixel density than your laptop supports. Rebuild your app on the smaller pixel density or allow resizing the window.
No work around for this unless you develop on the minimal screen size your application will support.
