Cannot onpen CompactRIO(cRio-9043) in Labview 2021 SP1

Hi. I am newbe on the labveiw.

I installed 'LabVIEW 2021 SP1 (64-bit)' and downloaded soem drivers.

I connected 'cRio-9043' to my computer and followed tutorial step.

But I can not find any about cRio in the 'Targets and Devices' window.

What kind of things makes this error?

I wonder I should install 'LabVIEW 2021 SP1 (32-bit)'?

Additionally, what is the difference between LabVIEW 2021 SP1 and LabVIEW 2021?

You need to have a compatible version of NI Compact RIO driver installed (e.g. 21.0). Can you check that?

Hi junulee,

this website lists compatibility between cRIO and LabVIEW.

And it specifically notes "LabVIEW 32bit"!

Best regards,

As Gerd says,  CompactRIO 21.x does not support LabVIEW 64-bit. The freshly released CompactRIO 22Q4 drivers are the first that support development from 64-bit applications.
