I'm trying to read data fram a Pico PT104. So far I was able to read data by using the pico software, so the hardware seems to be all right. I tried using the vi, which came with the logger, but it wasn't able to find the device.
I found this old topic but the suggestions from it doesn't work:

I unistalled the pico software, cause it might block the port, but had no sucess.
There are two points where i suspect a problem:
1. The logger isn't listed in the MAX. At first i did not wonder, because im using a pico tc08 which works fine and also does not appear in the list. Might this be the problem?
2. The vi's and other files were extractet from the disc to user.lib. When starting the vi for the first time, it did not find the dll at the expectet place but in the same directory and changed the path. Is there a designated directory to extract the data?
