I have found this file in LabVIEW 8.5 in the folder:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\vi.lib\real-time\_support\commwizard

For LabVIEW 8.2 or 8.2.1, the location would be:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.2\vi.lib\real-time\_support\commwizard
