Capacitance Measurements with HP4284 and Labview

Hi all,

I would like to take CV profiles using LabView and HP4284a LCR Meter.
Maybe someone has a LabView driver for HP4284a which provides this
function or can point me a download address...

I think about an application combining HP4284a and a parameter
analyser to perform parametric CV profiles on a MOSFET at different DC
voltages. Any ideas or solutions?

There is a LabVIEW driver for the HP4284 at http://zone.ni.com/idnet97.nsf/9b2b33e1993d877786256436006ec498/74a8ad79771d71e6862568ab005fba8b?OpenDocument. It should also be on the instrument driver CD that comes with LabVIEW.
