Change in Nigel Authentication Method

Over the weekend, the login authentication process for the AI assistant ‘Nigel’ appears to have changed to two-factor authentication.
While entering account information, the system returns to the initial screen after approximately one minute.
I eventually managed to log in after some effort.
I hope the usability can be improved.

It might be a bit late already, but I want to leave the information in case any user sees the post. Indeed, article How to Activate and Access Nigel™ AI - NI states that Nigel set up a 2-factor Authentication.
