Change palette text

Creating a custom driver project. Insert sub VI with error handling. On the palette when the mouse pointer floats over the icon it states "Sub Vi with error handling". Now I know you can edit the palette icon short name but nothing that I can find anywhere to change the long name. The VI's have been renamed prior to all of this but th "Sub Vi with error handling" persists. Where do I change this at?

I think the name on the palette can be named by changing the Window Title under the Window Appearance of the VI Properties.

EDIT:  Also if you aren't already using VIPM for you distribution you should.  It allows for making the palette and editing the name and short name shown, along with many other useful features.
