Describe how you want to change the image of the tab control? Do you want to change the names of the tabs or the color of the tabs programmatically? Or do you want to change tabs programmatically?

Dear BJD1613,
thanks for you reply.

When you put a tab control in front panel and you click in one of the tab, in "advanced", you can find "tab Layout", here you can decide if in your tab there is a text or an image+text or an image. Well, i want to put in the tab an image from diagram panel, when my vi is running. is this possible?
Thanks again

The tab layout setting is a modification that can only be made while the vi is in edit mode and is not available using a property node. Also you cannot place an image programmatically on a tab, the same situation applies. You can use the property of pages, which will give you an array of references to each page and change properties of each of those pages using property nodes. Hope this helps.

With just a bit more work, you can do what you want. The tab control is
two things, the mechanism for hiding and showing the contents, and the
selector. One common usage of the tab control is to make wizards by
hiding the tabs and using a next and previous button to increment and
decrement the page being shown. Similarly, you can make buttons, rings,
picture controls, or anything else display the images and catch the
clicks. They produce the page value and it is wired to the tab indicator.
