Change the color of System Recessed Frame

How do I change the color of the "System Recessed Frame"?  The default color is very close to the default LabVIEW background, therefore, I can barely see the decoration.  The "set color" tool does not work.

You cannot change the color of anything in the "System" palette. Those items adapt their appearance to whatever operating system is being used.

Yeah..you can not change the color dynamically. But you can customize and import as a picture to put some color for any system control.......but not for frame..........
