Changing LabVIEW interface language

I am a foreign student in Japanese university and have to use LabView Express 7. The program is all in Japanese and I would like to know if I can change the language to English with a global environment variable or such parameter.

At 1st I would like to thank you for using our LabVIEW.I am extremely sorry to say that LabVIEW is not multilangual.So when you are using the Japanese version of LabVIEW, you cant change the language to english.You have to buy the english version for that.
