Changing a waveform to FFT with a button

HI,
I'm trying to set up a VI so that when a waveform is displayed as a graph, I can push a button and get the FFT of that signal, and then press the button again and go back to waveform.  Is this possible?

Hi

I can think of many logics to implement what u want.

this attached VI shows one simple method

plot singal and fft's  on individual graphs.

place them one on other.

then the throw of a switch, make one visible and other invisible.
