Changing color scheme of front panel

This is what I wanted all along, but where can I find that, the VI panel doesnt show as an icon, so technically I cant add a property node for the panel.

• Place a "blank" Property Node on the block diagram (in the Application Control palette).
• Right-click the Property Node, and then select Link to > Pane.
• Then right-click again and select Change All To Write.
• Then right-click again and Select Property > Pane Color 
• Find the Color Box Constant in Graphics & Sound > Picture Functions.
• Color the Color Box Constant with the paint brush, and wire it to the Property Node.
