I would like to chance the front panel from standard grey to Image of my actual system. This will give my DAQ better look and measured parameters can be displayed at appropriate locations. How can I do so?

You can just drag an image file from Windows Explorer and drop it onto the front panel.

Right-click in the vertical scrollbar area and select property, the following dialog box will open:
Browse to the image that you want and select the position (tile, stretch, center) and press OK.
If you use one of the method cited above (drag and drop, import to clipboard and paste) select the picture you just added, click on the reorder button and select "lock". This will lock the picture in place and you will be able to access the palette menu when you right-click over the picture. If you want to move the picture then go to the same menu and select unlock.
