Does anyone have an up to date Labile chromatography program. It would be nice to have peak detection, peak separation, automatic and manual integration, baseline addition to the graph and interactive threshold setting from the frontpanel graph. 

If such a program does not exist or is not available to share, any suggestion on the components will be useful. For example, I know Labview has a peak detection program embedded, what about peak baseline and area calculation?

I think all the manufacurers of chromatography systems provide respective software and there should be 3rd party software producers as well. So unless you need something very special, you would be reinventing the wheel.

I'm putting an HPLC together from parts and would like to use labview for control and analysis. Any suggestions for existing labview analysis program will be appreciated
