Chronometer with Pause and stop

Hello,

I am writing to you today to try to solve a problem redundant. I want to display the elapsed time of an application and be able to act on it by a "Pause" button (to be able to pick up after it was stopped or the counter to support a "Start" button) and a button "Stop ".

I managed to create this with Shift Registers reset but I still poses a problem.
