Citadel 5 - Historical Data Viewer - No Right Click options, no hypertrend window

Citadel 5 - Historical Data Viewer, I am trying to archive, detach and re-attach a database but there are no right click options available. This is a Labview 7 system. This function has previously worked since 2004.

Also there is no hypertrend window appearing with the cursor on Historical data views

Can anyone help?

It may be worth reinstalling the software to see if this helps the software.
