I am sorry, I was wrong about fixing the I/O card. The issue was in the NI PXie-1071 chassis. I didn't buy anything new; NI repaired the chassis and sent me a loaner while they were debugging/fixing mine.

Ok. This is also what we suspect at the moment. The issue is probably somewhere on the backplane of the chassis since we run all the proposed tests (switching cards, switching slots, switching controllers) and it did not resolve the problem.
