Cluster Button Stops row from Updating

In the sub Vi Initial2SubVI.vi is acting on what appears to be an array of cluster referrnces that in turn were built from a big pile of control ref terminals of clusters ON THE FP OF THE SUBVI !

I did not follow all of the logic but if that sub-VI is involved with what you expect will be a GUI update, it will not work.

I suspect you are going to have to get refs to all of the clusters on the main GUI down to that sub-VI if that is where you expect the work is done.

One approach that may help is using what I call a GUI controller. Take a look at the images in this gallery.  Each of those images should have a link that points to where that image was used in a forum post. It may help out.

Incase that reference was a little too obscure...

"Galinda" was the good witch in The Wizard of Oz. The one that asked Dorthy if she was a good witch or a bad witch.

And incase that was not obscure enough... In the books they were not ruby slippers but rather silver slippers because there was the notation of a silver standard at the time. L Frank Baum was quite a character even beyond his Oz books. He directed silent films of his stories and they are... check them out for yourself and you tell me.

But I still think the issue at the root of this thread is using acting on the wrong control references.
