Color of error out of a property node

I have just noticed that the error out of a property node may be red or black. See below picture.



If I create a new property it will be black but if I copy the red one, it will remain red. What does this red color mean ? Any ideas out there ?

Right-click on the red version and you will see that the option "Ignore errors" is selected.

Is it reproducible? Have you deleted that property node and selected another again?

What version of LV you are using?

The difference arises only when there are multiple properties in the node: if the error out is black, an error in a property will prevent all other properties to be written/read; if the error out is red, LV continues to the nex property anyway. It's possible to change the behaviour (and so color) by right clicking on the node and selecting/deselecting "Ignore errors inside node".

I hadn't realized that.  I believe I had seen the red icons a couple of times, but not often.  I wouldn't even know how to search in the help to find the answer for that.
