Communication scan

Hello
I've made two vi's: client and server TCP-IP. I send string (txt with
header: 'HEADER: SIZE 1 Kb', 1 kB, numeric data values, endless loop) from
server to client. Need measure time beetween incoming headers in sending
strings. I thought about take time between consecutive words 'HEADER' - but
which function should I take...?
