since i use AE, i actually use the unwired feature as a "check situation" (wired is 'init'), where actually i get info out about the status of all params in AE. it works great!

Very nice nugget tst.
 
This approach could have saved me a lot of time in a lab not too long ago dealing with bang-bang resistors.

Steve,

I'm into electronics but have never heard of "bang-bang resistors."  The only thing I can think of that you might be talking about are the 0 ohm jumpers that have a resister body for use in the component placement machines.  Is that what you are talking about?  Also, how are you using LV with those resistors?  You have me curious...
