Compass

Hey, i'm kind of new to labview.

I have a project in which i need to measure wind's direction. I want to create a compass( since it looks better on the front pannel) but i'm having a problem with few things:

1- how to remove the space in a gauge indicator between the smallest number and the highest?

2- can i load a picture of a compass' rose to the program so that it will be the gauge's indicator?

any help is much appreciated
