Computer / LabVIEW not detecting myRIO device via USB

Greetings, I cannot get my myRIO device to connect to my computer or LabVIEW. I connected it to another computer and was able to deploy a vi to it and it worked fine. It actually did connect to my computer at first then I messed around with the files and it no longer works. The myRIO functions show up on the palette in LabVIEW and everything works fine exept connecting to the actual device. I've attached screenshots of the files under National Instruments on my computers. Help please.

Information:

-Macbook running windows 10 (bootcamp)

-Labview 2016

-myRIO powers on, power led is on

If you messed around with the files on disk you may want to try to repair the installation.

If you open up NI MAX, does the myRIO show up there under 'remote systems'?

Either - you are missing some of the myRIO drivers (e.g. the CompactRIO / NI-RIO driver), the myRIO doesn't have the software set installed on it (if it shows up in MAX as running in safe mode) or there's a communication issue (e.g. windows firewall - check for a new network connection in control panel).

It doesn't show under 'remote systems', however it appears under 'Devices and Interfaces'.
