No, that hour difference is in the correct direction. 12:00 UTC will be 13:00 in BST (UTC+1).  But now I'm confused how the Timestamp was defined as being UTC instead of system time.  I see we can add a ^ to the front of the time code to change it to UTC, but I haven't seen that in anybody's screenshots.
