Configure or restart vi server programatically?

Can I restart or reconfigure the vi server from within my application?  If I am overlooking something on the tool palette

just a name to search would be fine 😉  I want to change the tcp port to listen on.

Open Application Reference >>> Property >>> Server >>> Port.

I think this is also saved in an ini for buitl versions.

Let me know if that works since I have not tried that one.
