Hi
I am new to NI PXI, thought i have previously worked on Labview. My PXI chassis has two analog output modules (PXI-6713 and 6733), one PXI-2501 FET multiplexer, one PXI-4070 DMM,PXI-8464 CAN , a IEEE host adapter module and PXI-7831R (reconfigurable I/O) module.
I could succesfully configure my components using MAX.
The problem i am exactly facing is "taking in analog input's" using my PXI-chassis.
With the above modules, i guess i can only use the 7831R module as analog I/O.
But the problem is the 7831R is an FPGA module and it is not shown under DAQmx.
So, where can i exactly find the 7831R analog in pin's (in the labview GUI) and how to use them in my VI block?
Do the next version's of labview provide a DAQ interface even for 7831R? (my version of labview is 8.2.1).
Kindly help me in solving my problem.

You need the FPGA module.
