Conflit message when I am compiling

I am running the RT VI .when I run this Vi before compling ,pops up with the conflit message, for some Vi . How to solve this problem . as of now i am planning to do the mass compile.

will this mass compiling will solve the problem /is there any other way to solve the problem

what should i do when i get his messages on the RT machine.

The dialog "Waiting for real-time target to respond" typically indicated that your target has been disconnected from your Host. Have you checked to see if you are able to see the device still in MAX when this error appears ? 

If you could answer the questions below it will help me troublshoot your problem. 

• Has this configuration ever worked ? 
• Could you give some more description on when you started getting this error message and any recent changes you have made to your device configuration. 
• Could you also explain what trouble shooting steps you have done so far such as restarting the target.
