I understood you, Using Arduino software you have a HX711.h header file but using labview we dont have seperate Package or Vi that could help you. Currently I am working on the same thing but still couldn't find the logic for HX711. Dennis wants you to write the logic in Arduino and get the serial monitor in LabView using Visa.
