I take it "Flexiforce" is a sensor. Does it "plug into" anything? Does it output a Voltage, a Current, maybe a string of characters over a Serial Interface? What is a "DAC"? Is it a "Digital to Analog Converter" (probably not), or does it stand for "some form of I/O device"? What DAQ (Data Acquisition) hardware do you have on your PC? You (probably) need some hardware to plug the "Flexiforce" into, and then connect that hardware to your PC running LabVIEW.
