The vi is commnicating with ROS as a part of my Bachelor Thesis, and I am afraid that updating LabVIEW will create a lot of extra issues. Considering that the Thesis is due in less than a month, is there instead a tutorial on how to make it run as an application? The tutorial I followed make the whole thing seem very plug and play, so there has to be some way to make it run application instead of debug.

Sorry, this file seems to be made for LabVIEW 2015 as well.

      Give me some time, I would install LV13 and rebuild it.

        Finally the project is built with LV13. Please check it out and let me know if it works or not.

Still doesn't seem to work, and we don't really have any more time to find out of the error. Just going to connect it to a sql server instead.
