Context Help Box - Remove window controls

Is it possible to remove or disable the windows control icons (close and maximise) on the context help window?

I know you can use the 'Control Help Window.vi' to show/hide and set the position for the context help window.
Not sure what you would you are trying to acheive by removing these options for the help window. Are you able to provide more detail so that we can help you a bit more.

I am in the process of migrating our user interfaces to work with a touch screen display. We use the context help function extensively to display information about the data fields to (a new) user. With a touch screen, it becomes difficult to minimise the window once it has been maximised, and causes frustration to the user.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Hi Duncan,

I don't know if it is possible to remove or disable the windows control icons (close and maximise), but if not you can do something else. We are also working with touch screens and what we do is we change the size off these controls (Windows). Then it is a little bit easier to use the controls by finger. Maybe you can use this if it is not possible what you are asking.

You can change the size in the Windows Display settings panel (where you can also change the background color of your desktop).

As in the comment above the size of the window could be edited using the options available in the windows Display settings panel.

You should be able to remove/disable window control items for any windows, including LabVIEW windows.
