Thanks for the help, it helped a lot!! 🙂
But two small questions more:
1. In your program, you connect a pupple wire from the read(single point).vi to a orange wire, which does not Work and therefore I get an error, can you expain and maybe help me to solve the problem?
2. Iam missing the display Measurement.vi and configure Measurement.vi for the Kiethley instrument, can you please send them if you have them, because they are missing in order to run your program?

HI,

1. Sorry, I cannot see the problem, could you capture an image about that.

2.  By the way, ni currently does not have instrument driver for Keithley 2450. I used the keithley24XX (2400-2440) driver. The two vi. can be found from the instrument driver, which you can download them from 

http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/ssnav:idr/q/keithley%20/

 OR In LabVIEW> Help > Find Instrument driver 

My suggestion to you is, get familiar to how the Keithley2450 work, slightly change my program (maybe delete the two vi would work). This is because the two vi from keithley24XX driver may not work for 2450.

For me is like this, It is highly likely that your Keithley's vi is different from mine. Please think about my previous answer to your 2. question.

Hey Again,

I used your program as inspiration and now I have made my own program to control the Kiethley 2450 source meter and cs-200 chroma meter together in LabVIEW, but I still have a small problem, which is similar to the problem that i had, when I ran your program that you sent me. The problem is that at some of the voltage steps, the CS-200 does'nt take a Measurement of the luminance, but the program continues. Do you have any idea about why this happen? Could it have anything to do with the Measurement speed of the CS-200, measuring time? delay? or anything else?

I am not sure how to solve your problem, what I can tell you is that if you set the measurement speed into "Auto" the measurement time of CS-200  depends on the target luminance. It will wait for 60s(longest) to measurement one point. Please make sure your program has due with this.  btw, you can set the speed into specific number like "fast", which is 2s.
