Control Focus Problem in LV under Linux

Attached Program sets focus to same control, if user enters any data except CAL. This works fine under windows. But does NOT work with LabVIEW under Linux (GNOME/KDE).

Any solution? I want the message box in the same place.

It's interesting to note that is 7.0, this VI behaves the same in Linux and Windows. It behaves as the the 6.1 Linux version.

I've attached a VI that works with 6.1 and 7.0 running on any platform.

The complete application is in LV6.1/ linux

I checked it on GNOME/KDE linux. It Still does not work.Works only when Dialog box is removed . I think complete VI and not just "the current location" window looses the focus because of dialog box. If that's correct, Is there any way to get it in focus again? Program must have dialog box.
