Well, it will do HORRIBLE things to your wiring layout, but you can right-click a sequence structure and tell it to "Replace with stacked sequence", and it will put all the frames on top of each other sized to the largest frame in the sequence. You can then use control-alt-mouseclick to remove empty space from the block diagram until it gets you under 16k.
You should learn how to code without sequence OR stacked structures eventually, but if you have an urgent deadline then this might get you there.
