What do you mean by the "repitition" frequency? There is a frequency setting for the on board clock. Is this what you mean? It is set by using the Sample Clock function found in Measurement I/O - HSDIO - Generation palette. Just wire in a value to the Clock Rate input.
This is a very simple concept, and shows that you are lacking in your understanding of Labview programming with the HSDIO. Perhaps you should study some examples. Look under Help - Find Examples. In the example finder, search for HSDIO. There are many examples you should study before attempting to write code and before asking questions on this forum.
