Controlling Acquire function Yokogawa DL9040 oscilloscope with labVIEW

Hello All,

I am using a Yokogawa DL9040L oscilloscope connected with usb to my laptop. I want to control this scope with labVIEW. To get a good signal I want to control the acquire (ACQ ) function of this scope in labVIEW. Does anybody know how this can be done. Thanks !

Thanks for the reply.

I have these functions already installed, but the (labview) function to control the ACQ button on the scope does not seem to be available in the labview functions in the .dll file. The function of ACQ on the DL9040L is to get a better signal when there is disturbance on the signal.

Are you using ethernet, usb, or gpib to talk to the device?

Attached is a file I used to read data from a DL708 scope using the serial port.
