Converting Mac LV6.1 to Win LV2010, problems: "AI Read One Scan" and "AO Write One Update" to DAQmx

For your kind attention,

     As stated, I'm trying to convert a vi from Mac LV6.1 to Win LV2010 but I'm having problems around the "AI Read One Scan" and "AO Write One Update". Please note that I'm very much a LV novice. I know I have to go through DAQmx but I'm not sure how excatly to replace the only input and output. The card is an USB 6221.
