Corrupt VI recovery

Hello all,

Now I have a corrupt VI that when I try to open it, a popup window comes saying "File is not a resource file". Anybody could be able to recover and open it for me?

That file got stomped pretty hard, my prognosis is to either start rewriting or looking for a backup.

Speaking of backups, hopefully this is painful enough to teach you a lesson, but not too painful.
