Sorry but you might want to make your question more descriptive.
Its not clear whether you want to interact with Access over network using DCOM or you are talking about communicating with Access database over network using labview. For former you will need to make ActiveX calls to MSAccess from labview and for later you need SQL tookit for labview to query the databases.
