Crash report help

I have a new Dell Optiplex with a i5-14600 (Win 11 Pro) and 32 gb ram that I have installed the LabVIEW 2023 Q3 runtime and DAQmx on.  I just installed an exe that I built and setup the DAQmx channels that use the PCIe-6321 card.  I only have the card installed and nothing is actually connected to the card right now.

So I had the program just running in an idle state and in less than 1 hour I got a pop up that said LabVIEW crashed and pointed me to the files I attached.  I had to attach the dump file in a zip because the forum would not allow it.

Can anyone look at these and be able to tell what might have happened to cause the crash?

One odd thing is that the lvlog.txt file says the OS Name and Version are 10.  But this is on a new Win 11 Pro computer.  Maybe its a clue?

I created a support ticket for this.  But when I try to attach the files, the website goes to a page to select files that I have no idea where they are located, but not actually add new files.  Hopefully support will send an email that I can add them to.  Which will also cause additional delays.

Hopefully something stands out to someone.

I was able to figure out how to upload the crash report for support.  I had to click the random green box in the attached screenshot.  None of the dropdown menus on the support pages work either.  Sorry, just had to rant some about how bad NI has been getting over the years......

Hi Bryan,

Can you share the LabVIEW program that is crashing (.vi and .ctl files) ?

Best regards

Leonard

Sorry for taking so long, still trying to figure this out.  I can't share the files right now.

But at least support is starting to respond.  Nothing besides the files say unknown.  So they have no idea.......
