Create RT Boot Disk for PC

I am trying to reinstall the real-time target on a PC.  labVIEW version is 7.1.  I want to create a RT boot disk and am following the instructions in the document Using Desktop PCs as RT Targets etc.  I should have (it says) an option under MAX Tools for <RT Disk Utilities>.  I only see <RT PXI Disk Utilities> and the sub-menu does not agree.

What is the way forward?

Hi,

This has probably something to do with the version of MAX you're using or your system set up. Check what version of MAX you have by going to MAX >> Help >> About. What hardware setup do you have? Are you using a PXI system to build the boot disk?

What menu options do you get from the RT PXI Disk Utilities option?

Thank you Sarah: problem solved.  This message thread could better be renamed Fatl Error in RT Target due to corrupt Config file..............
