Do you want both accels on the same graph sharing the packet for the X values? I was confused why you had 2 graphs in your attached VI.
Well if you want them on one graph, then try the attached.

Ah, excellent Chris, thank you! As for the two graphs, I have to plot all values where "Mote" is 75 on one graph, and the values where "Mote" is 1 on the other. It's confusing I know, but don't shoot the developer.

Here's a simple modification that plots "mote 1" data and "mote 75" data on seperate graphs.
