Dear Eric,
In order to manipulate a help file in LabVIEW, you can use the "Control Online Help" (Application Control->Help). This function will allow you to open and search for specific information in your Help File (.hlp). If you need help to create a Windows Help compatible file, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of robohelp (www.ehelp.com).
