I have two Legacy Crio controllers, Crio-9014 and Crio-9023.
The Crio-9014 has a functional code loaded in the RT for which we do not have any back-up, therefore we do not want to disturb it.
However, we are trying to test a new RT code using the same setup.
As legacy controllers can be detached from the Chasis. We are planning to load our new code to Crio-9023, detach Crio-9014 chassis and install Crio-9023 to the same chassis to perform testing.
Before I perform this activity I just want to confirm that it is safe to perform and would no cause any data loss from Crio-9014.
