Crio: Software installation error

Hello,

I have a Crio-9040 and had installed Labview 2018 along with RT, FPGA and Crio june 2018 drivers. When connected the Crio I am able to detect the CRIo in NI max software. Then followed instruction in logging in as admin and tried installing the software (Compact rio june 2018), But my installation stops halfway with the "timeout" error message as attached.

Also managed to find a page based on same issue and they advised to format the C-rio. I also tried to format but received another error message saying " Max cannot format this target because it does not support any recognized file systems" [screenshot attached]. I have attached a screenshot of the software I am trying to install on Crio.

Any ideas as to how to get the software installed in Crio-9040 ?

Hello jay8,

I see nobody has answered to this post and would like to make sure you are able to work with your device.

If you are still having the problem, have you tried the following:

1. How are the LEDs in the device?
2. Have you tried formatting and loading software in safe mode?
3. How about with other computer?
4. Are there any firewalls or antivirus that would be blocking NI MAX from using the ports to send commands and software to the device?
