I`m having some issues with the current autoranging with pxie-4141 smu cards. I am sweeping voltage from -6 to 6V and hoping to let the current autorange from the lowest setting to the current limit set. I have set the DC voltage:Current limit, DC voltage:Current Limit Autorange = True from the niDCPower properties but the current when measured is stuck in the range that is specified with the current limit.
Am i missing something with the code or can the pxie-4141 smu cards not autorange the measured current from the lowest range to highest range automatically?
Any help would be most useful.
